This experience informs a disciplined, institutionally inspired approach to asset allocation, risk management, and portfolio construction across public and private markets.

Peter brings decades of leadership experience as a chief executive, producer, director, and investor. Prior to Accession Partners, Peter was Co-Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Warren Miller Ski Films, which he helped grow and ultimately sell to Time Warner.
As an active steward of his own capital, Peter developed a deep appreciation for thoughtful portfolio construction and the role that private and public investments can play together in support of long-term objectives. His vision for Accession Partners is to build an advisory platform that delivers the access, rigor, and guidance he spent decades seeking.

Prior to joining Accession Partners, he gained experience with a hedge fund, focusing on market analysis and trading. He initially connected with Bryce through a shared interest in trading and competitive pickleball, which led to his role at the firm. His work today centers on due diligence, fund analysis, and identifying high-conviction opportunities.
